Senator Trump  moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

Eng. Com. Sub. for Senate Bill 308—A Bill to amend and reenact §55-7-5 of the Code of West Virginia,1931, as amended; and to amend and reenact §61-2-29b of said code, all relating to creating the criminal offense of  violating the terms of protection orders issued the protection of persons who are victims or potential victims of financial exploitation and requiring orders of protection to state that violations of such orders may result in criminal prosecution; and establishing  penalties for such offenses.
